The Stackblink platform must not be used to host, deploy, operate, or facilitate any website, application, or service that functions as a payment gateway, merchant acquiring platform, card data processor, or any similar system designed to handle credit/debit card transactions,, whether directly or indirectly.

We do not support or allow the development, testing, or production deployment of any payment gateway platform on Stackblink infrastructure under any circumstances. Any attempt to bypass this restriction — including disguising gateway functionality under non-payment modules or using proxy/obfuscation techniques — will be treated as a severe policy violation.
Stackblink is committed to maintaining a PCI DSS-safe hosting environment. To that end, any user or entity found deploying or attempting to deploy a payment gateway or similar financial processing infrastructure on our platform will face immediate account termination, permanent suspension of services, and may be subject to legal actionunder applicable cyber, financial, and data protection laws. - Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own data backups. We highly recommend that all users implement and maintain independent, regular backups of their critical data to avoid loss or disruption.
- In the unfortunate event of a system outage or crash, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for recovery or restoration of Services. The duration may vary depending on the severity and nature of the issue.
- Customers acknowledge and agree that their websites, services, or any digital applications hosted with us may become temporarily or permanently inaccessible during technical disruptions.

- Our platform may rely on third-party vendors for critical components such as payment processing, content delivery networks (CDNs), DNS resolution, SSL certificate provisioning, analytics, domain registration, or other backend infrastructure. These external services are essential to delivering certain features and functionalities to our users.
